Super Fydo Nutty Pumpkin Bars

This is a no bake simple recipe.

1 1/4 c Pumpkin

1/2 C Almond or Peanut Butter

2 Tsp Apple Sauce

2 tsp Cinnamon

1 C Gluten Free Oats

1/2 C Almond Flour

1/2 C Banana Chips

1 package of Super FydoPHoods

We used Super Fydozymes  Organic Whole Pumpkin, Organic Flax Seed, Organic Ginger, Pineapple, Papaya, Chlorella, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Clove, Organic Marshmallow Root


Crush banana chips in to small fine chips then mix all ingredients in a Medium sized bowl.

Make into small balls or I used molds,

Freeze for two hours, remove them from the mold and store in an air tight container refrigerated for up to two weeks.

I like to keep them in the freezer their still soft and chewy frozen.
