1/2 cup coconut flour
1 pkg Super Fydo PHood. Although you can use any variety we used Fydo Pawtein*
2 cups of any nut or seed butter, (make sure there is not Xylitol in it) we used Justin
1/2 cup of coconut nectar, can sub with honey or brown rice syrup
1/2 can Pumpkin puree*
heat coconut nectar and nut butter on mirow or stove top until soft and creamy
line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, set aside
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
after coconut nectar and nut butter are soft add to dry mix
add pumpkin mix well
Batter should be thick, transfer into baking pan refrigerate. Once cooled add frosting
4 oz cream cheese, we used a non dairy brand
1/2 can pumpkin*
1 pkg of Super Fydo Pawtein*
2 Tablespoon honey
Soften Cream Cheese in a mixing bowl then add remaining pumpkin, Fydo Pawtein and honey.
Frost the top of your cake and refrigerate, cut into pieces and place in freezer until ready to snack.
