Coconut Carrot Cake for Fydo
2 1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Oat Flour
1 Package of any Super FydoPHood: We used Fydo-Zymes: Organic Whole Pumpkin, Organic Flax Seed, Organic Ginger, Pineapple, Papaya, Chlorella, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Clove, Organic Marshmallow Root
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Coconut Nector
1/4 cup shredded Coconut
1/4 cup of shredded Carrots
NO Bake
Line a 8×8 with parchment paper,
Mix all the ingredients in to a large bowl
Transfer to lined baking dish and press firmly
Refrigerate for 1 hour cut into slices
Freeze can serve frozen as it is a soft treat.
