Of course I used Turkey bacon Gobble Gobble.
2 Cups Gluten Free flour I used Garbanzo bean flour for the added fiber and protein.
1 tsp baking powder1 cup butter, cold
2 cups shredded, (non Dairy) cheddar cheese
10 strips turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup milk
1 Package of Super FydoPHoods
We used Super Fydo Zymes
Organic Whole Pumpkin, Organic Flax Seed, Organic Ginger, Pineapple, Papaya, Chlorella, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Clove, Organic Marshmallow Root
Cook up your bacon on the stove top till crispy, then pat off grease, and crumble when cool.
Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, and baking powder. Using 2 knives or a pastry cutter, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in cheese and bacon.
make in to small balls squish with a fork
Bake at 375 for about 16 minutes. I baked for 8 minutes, rotated cookie sheet, and then another 8 minutes. The edges and top will be a little bit brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack. put in a air tight container and keep refrigerated for up to two weeks, or freeze
